Please note that any promotional code or offer code cannot be
used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present.
Only one code may be used per transaction. If a promotional code
is not entered or spelled correctly (e.g. 'mit' instead of 'mitt')
during checkout, no discount will be applied to the order and
unfortunately no complimentary product or discount can be added
to an order after it has been placed. A promotional item cannot
be sent separately or added to an order that has been placed without
correctly entering the code. If an item is not showing in the
shopping cart and your order confirmation email it cannot be dispatched,
and if a discount is not showing in the cart and order confirmation
email no refund can be issued after the order has been placed.
In order to receive a refund, products must be returned within
14 days of delivery (delivery date is deemed as no later than
5 days after dispatch) and items must be returned unused and unopened.
Under no circumstances will we refund or exchange opened or used
you would like to return your order, you MUST contact us in writing
at info(at)hub-7.com prior to returning any items to receive full
return instructions, a unique refund reference number and correct
return delivery address. Please remember, postage costs are not
refundable. Failure to follow these instructions will result in
